Casa Rural Villa Zoila is authorized as rural house for exclusive use by the Patronato de Turismo del Cabildo de Gran Canaria, with signature n° CR-35/1/0137 of July 9th 2009.

Casa Rural Villa Zoila received the stamp of 'Compromiso de Calidad Turística' del Sistema Integral De Calidad Turística Española En Destino(Sicted) with the Gran Canaria Tourist Board with the Ministry of Industry, energy and tourism. The badge is the support that certifies the compliance with the requirements of the methodology and acknowledges the effort and commitment to quality and continuous improvement, as the company shines among its competitors.

The hosting business is subject to Decree 18/1998, March 5th, concerning the regulation and management of the local rural accommodation.

Bookings - Conditions

Confirmation and cancellation of the booking by the guest
In order to confirm a reservation for a requested stay, 50% of the total amount of the stay have to be paid. The 50% left of the total amount of the stay must be paid not later than the day of arrival. It is necessary have paid the total amount of the stay to pick up the keys and complete the Registration Guest forms of every guest.
If the guest cancels the reservation 15 days before the arrival date, the 100% of the amount previously paid will be refunded.
If the cancellation is notified between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date, the 50% of the total amount of the prepayment charged will be refunded to the guest.
If the cancellation is notified 7 days before the arrival date, as well as in cases of no shows at the hotel, no refund will be given.

Cancellation of the booking by the company
It can be necessary a cancellation of a stay by Casa Rural Villa Zoila owing to circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, the total amount of the reservation paid will be refunded to the guest.

Guest responsability
Guest must leave the property in the same conditions as the moment of the arrival, being responsible for any damage caused by negligent use. Any damage caused by this careless use of the guest, will be paid separately from the amount of the stay.
The house can only be occupied by the number of guests detailed in the booking, and in any case, can be never more than the maximum capacity of the house.

Company responsability
The company is responsible of the services and equipment offered in the house, of the information for the stay, the prices policy, and reservation system.
The house will be offered to the guest in perfect use and cleaning conditions. Any later cleaning service during the stay, will be asked previously by the guest in order to detail the price of the service.
The company has the right to refuse admission of animals.

Anomalies or defects
Any faults that the guest can find in the property must be notified, as soon as possible and always during the stay to the company. The establishment will solve the failure as soon as it will be possible, depending on the type and causes of the breakdown (climate, power cuts, etc.)
In case of unusual events (earthquakes, storm, strike, etc.), if the guest could not enjoy the stay, the total amount of the reservation paid will be refunded.
